These physician or self-referral counseling sessions are designed to help clients with nutrition-related medical conditions including: weight loss, weight management, diabetes, gestational diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension, cancer/oncology, food intolerance, pregnancy, gastric bypass, lap band, Celiac Disease (gluten sensitivity), renal disease, inflammatory bowel disease, and renal insufficiency.

Medical Nutrition Therapy
This Nutrition counseling is explicitly designed for Medicare Part B beneficiaries with diabetes or non-dialysis renal disease.

These classes allow for 15 individuals per class! Bring your friends! Our group classes are conducted by Registered Dietitians, providing the guidance and support for nutrition education.

Health and Weight Management

Core4.pngCORE4 is a comprehensive program that includes an individual and interactive group setting to encourage weight loss and healthy lifestyle changes in addition to weight maintenance and bariatric resources.

​The program provides participants with the knowledge and tools they need to successfully manage their weight by making better choices. Nutrition education focuses on the macro and micronutrients, calorie composition, food portions, fad diets, food preparation, dining out, food labels and shopping tips.

Diabetes Management Program
